Page Relaunch

Hi there! Today I’ve completed by new website framework (npw.net Modular Website Framework). The whole website is now powered by PHP5 and a Firebird SQL database in behind. Furthermore, all the pages should be valid XHTML and CSS. All JavaScript relicts have been removed.
